INTRASITE Gel Yara Debridmanı

INTRASITE Gel Wound Debridement

INTRASITE Gel is an amorphous hydrogel that effectively and gently debrides necrotic and sloughy wounds, removing sloughy tissues.

INTRASITE Gel is composed of a patented cross-linked polymer that allows it to respond to the moisture levels within the wound, balancing absorption and rehydration appropriately.

INTRASITE Gel is a sterile, transparent, free-flowing gel that is presented in an easy-to-use applicator packaging, allowing for controlled application of the gel. It works in two ways to promote quick and comfortable healing:
• Loosening and absorbing sloughy tissue and exudate into the gel without damaging delicate granulation tissue.
• Creating a moist healing environment at the wound interface through the absorption of water from the gel, promoting rehydration of the wound.

Usage:
• Open the tip of the applicator and press on the applipak to obtain the gel.
• Apply the gel onto the wound surface, ensuring a depth of up to 5mm.
• Cover with an appropriate secondary dressing.
• For necrotic wounds: OPSITE® FLEXIGRID® vapor-permeable adhesive film dressing.
• For sloughy wounds: ALLEVYN™ hydrocellular hydrophilic wound dressing or MELOLIN® low-adherent absorbent dressing.
• For granulating wounds: ALLEVYN/MELOLIN/OPSITE FLEXIGRID.
• • To remove, wash with sterile saline or water:
• For necrotic or sloughy wounds: Change according to the clinician's recommendations, usually every 1-3 days.
