Product Information
MedSil™ intragastric balloon is designed to create a pre-existing feeling of satiety, which leads to a decrease in food intake and allows for the adoption of new eating habits.
It consists of a medical-grade silicone shell, a valved system, and a removable catheter for insertion. It is designed to stay in the stomach for up to six months. It is filled with sterile saline solution and a small amount of methylene blue is added at the end.
It can be adjusted to a filling volume of 400 to 700 ml, depending on the patient's biotype.

• Patients restricted from anorectic drugs
• Obese patients restricted from surgical procedures
• Pre-treatment to improve the clinical condition in patients recommended for surgery
